How can I tell stock cams from aftermarket cams just by looking at them. I see alot of 2Gs and other 420A cars in the junk yard, some modified. Wondering if I would get lucky and find some aftermarket cams in one of the engines.

Your post makes zero sense.

Brian Crower does not make off the shelf parts for the 420a head. Crower & Crane have cams out in the market. As far as I know, you need to pull the cam gears off to check for part numbers for identification.

Alternatively you can bring a micrometer with you and attempt to ballpark the lobe lift to at least verify it is not stock.
