Cams/ Pulleys

I want to put some cam gears and underdrive pulleys on my 99 GS n/t. I know the engine setup is different between the 4G63 and the 420a but I was wondering if the cams and pulleys would still work. I see it all the time where a site will say only fits turbo or only fits n/t. On my 402a don't I have all the same parts as someone with the tubro model ( 3 pulleys )? I want to put a Star 2 kit on when I get some $$ but that shouldn't be a problem with the exhaust, cam gears, and pulleys, right ? I'm lost.... as usual!
