cams or no cams?

hey,
im just wondering if any of you n/t turned turbo guys have put turbo cams in. i know that there would be a difference, but i wanna know if its worth the time, money and effort.

p.s. im going to run 8 lbs till bottom end is built (summer) then ill be running around 15
