Caliper Bolts

Does anybody know the front brake caliper bolt dimensions? I do not have tap and die set so i cannot easily measure it. i have a digital caliper and i have measured the diameter to be 0.443" or 11.28mm. (which seems like kind of an oddball size) I really just need the thread pitch. Thanks.

Ok, so i think i figured it out, can somebody correct me if i'm wrong
if they are metric they are M11X1.25, if imperial it is 7/16X20...both seem to work. Im confused.

They're metric. If you don't have a thread gauge, you nearest hardware store will.

The caliper bolt are M12X1.25. What grade bolts should I go with for calipers?
