Bw s259 on the Dyno

Was this out in the boonies (saginaw area) on Gothams old dyno? Was this at the Dallas DSM dyno day (which that would probably make you Able?). Anyways good numbers. If you were at the dyno day you left about the same time I got there because I had to work.

Edit: after watching all the other video's (luke, arron, chris...etc) I have determind that it is you. Nice run I wish I could have seen them in person. Did you get your trophy yet?

I think I would rather have the spare tire over the sub and amp...but thats just me....
I wont see 600 whp until after my turbo takes a dump. Hopfully that wont be for a while.

Well on the dyno 455hp 410tq @ 30lbs on the bw s259 on the dsm turbine housing.

Im going to swap over to a t3 turbine housing next month. This is on a mustang dyno which reads a little lower than a dyno jet which is 8% difference. So on a dyno jet the car would have put down 490hp @30lbs. This is on e85 with 24 * timming. mods are in my profile. I have a dyno sheet will post up later. im running the t3 .70 housing
Where are you getting spool at? Say 20psi? I get it at about 4400-4600rpm depending on gear and load and where im driving. The way the boost ramps up, im sure if i turned it up to like 30psi id have that by 4800-4900 rpm. None of this is on a loggable boost sensor though, its all my eyes so it could be a little earlier, because once it hits, the car flies so its hard to keep track of everything while driving the car straight!

Hey you never answered the question about the spool characteristics of the S259 with bolt on housing.

Any info to share?

WOW! I Can't wait to see what the #'s will be with the 70ar housing. Probably will make the same pwr with less boost and more powr at 30 psi when she(T3 .70 AR) bolts on.

For anyone else wondering, on a stock 6 bolt with FP2 cams, i see 22psi in 3rd by 4300rpm, and sooner in 4th - 4200rpm. I was using a s258 with 0.70a/r. I turn the stock motor to 7600rpm.

The s258 will work well to 550awhp+ or higher if you wish to push it. The S366 will be a nasty turbo, I plan on running that this season once i do some pistons/rods. 750awhp+ on a T3 is bad ass.
