So i bought a buzzer at radioshack for my CEL today. I hooked it up and im getting this sequence(also it is a 2 tone buzzer, they didnt have any other kind)

L(tone 1)-S(tone 2)
(pause)
L(tone 1)-L(tone 2)-L(tone 1)-L(tone 2)
(pause)
repeat sequence

idk what this means, maybe the wrong type of buzzer?
car isnt acting any different with or without CEL on, but I just want to find out what its on for..

I believe the first one is a code 12, Which ia Volume air flow (MAF) Sensor. Check harness and connector, And maf. Is it hacked?

I am not sure how to read the second one, Is it All long tones at different pitches?

An analog volt meter is easy to read as well.

yeah its all long with 2 different pitches.

MAS is hacked, removed lower honey comb but that was over 2 years ago, checking connectors now

connectors are fine.
if it helps, this has been happening intermittently for about a year now. happens while driving on the highway between 45 and 55, the CEL comes on if I hold a particular MPH such as 54 for about a minute.
when I quickly run it up to 65 - 70 MPH i used to go off. but now it comes on for about a day then randomly whiling im driving itll shut off.

I was thinking it could possibly be the EGR insufficient flow at higher RPM, like the pentle isnt opening up to where it should be at highway speeds but when i jump on it, itll get past the sticky spot.

I did run a bit of octane booster a little while ago, i know it fouls up plugs ( mine turned red) possibly couldve fouled up the EGR as well?

So the CEL came on and off twice over the weekend (its currently off) each time I ran the buzzer, got the same sequence
L(tone 1)-S(tone 2)
(pause)
L(tone1)-L(tone 2)-L(tone 1)-L(tone 2)
(pause)
repeat

CEL comes on while cruising highway speeds, and shuts off when slowly decelerating from highway speed (AKA 50-55 mph)
If I rapidly accelerate or decelerate the CEL stays on.
While the CEL is on the car is not acting any differently, no stumbling or loss of power.

Any ideas?
