Well its time to go seat shopping! I currently have some red sparco torinos and their cool but as most older seats their slightly faded and ive dyed them a couple times so id rather just sell them and not do that anymore. I really like the way the red seat stands out on my car and i didn't have any issues with them getting noticeably dirty but i think i may go black this time. Anyways im looking for something at least as comfortable as the torinos if not more but would like to keep it recline-able although im open to fixed seat reviews if you've got them (my car will see minimal tack time). Anyone have any good experiences with seats they got recently? oh yea no replicas please, im looking at Sparco, Corbeau or something along those lines, comfort, quality and a solid recliner mechanism are a must! thanks for all the input!

I have Sparco Monza's wrapped in allante from a local upholstery shop. They are great seats--once you put good upholstery and padding on them. I would consider getting them reupholstered. Any good shop can follow the traces of the original stitching. Expect to pay 400-700 bucks for a quality OE style job, but well worth it.

EVO 8 Conversions have been commonplace too. That's another really good option. I'll try to get some pics up tomorrow in my gallery, but I think one can find some examples searching.

If I could find an evo seat locally is be all over it, a few months ago there were some for 650 but I passed at the time, figures LOL. The corbeau fx1 is high on my list right now, sure its a fixed back seat but it has great reviews everywhere I read and are priced well. Seems like the best bang for the buck buy really. I've got some time so I'll still be on the hunt for evo seats but if not I suspect I'll get some fx1s.
