420A Buying a 99 Eclipse GS

Yeah I'm looking to buy a 99 Eclipse GS.

I was wondering if there are any problems to watch out for?
This car is 99 GS with 77K miles on it, leather, GST spoiler, all power, manual, CD player, alloys.

I have to say that you should not get a GS and instead save for a GS-T or GS-X. They are so much better in my opinion.

ya ok...read the rules- lets not try and bash individuals on what they should NOT do.

anyways.... for the money it sounds like a decent deal. i picked up my 95 NT talon for $5300 with 48,000 miles on it. the GS with leather is actually pretty rare and sounds like the 10th anniversary eclipse. which is pretty nice. it will get good gas mileage and you can still do quite a bit to the 420a motor if your looking to get more performance out of your ride. good luck with the car buddy and welcome to DSM tuners.com!!!

Check the rear of the motor (side facing the firewall) for any oil leaks due to a bad head gasket.
