420A 99 Eclipse GS flooding

So question my 99 Eclipse GS 420a recently has been flooding with fuel. It wants to start but doesn’t. I completely cleaned the injectors, changed the regulator, and coil pack. It has new spark plugs does anyone know what it could be?

intake manifold gasket? try smoking the intake manifold to see if it could be leaking and causing "unmetered" air into the engine freaking the o2 sensor out.

Found the problem it was my crankshaft position sensor but now I got another problem my dashboard lights don’t come on when I turn the key half like my battery lights oil lights all of those lights when you just put the key In and turn it not sure what it is

make sure your cluster is fully seated in the pins or pull it out and clean your connections on your cluster

not to sure never blew one , it’s 4 phillips head screws to pull the cluster super easy and then you can check the bulbs
