I've searched and searched, but there are too many possibilities for what I could have. Here's the rundown.
Symptoms
After boosting, car puffs out blue-ish smoke. Oil.
No smoke on idle (except normal getting up to temp white smoke). But, once warm it doesn't smoke.
No smoke on normal acceleration/deceleration. If I go over 3psi in any gear, smoke will come out AFTER shifting, NEVER during boost.
My whole IC system, including my LICP, IC, UICP, BOV, TB elbow, TB, and IM are coated with oil.
Possible suspects
Ways to fix the problem
I'm mostly looking for insight. Are these the correct methods to fixing this problem? Any other tests I can do to make sure, or things to look for?

Possible suspects
- Oil return line was kinked on this turbo for about 100 miles. The kink has been fixed, but I fear my turbo's seals are shot. Turbo has no shaft play. My whole IC system (LICP, IC, UICP, TB elbow, TB, IM, etc.) has coatings of oil in it, along with the turbo inlet. I can clean the pipes then go driving around, 1/2 mile later, there is a small coating on the pipes. It never pools up though.
- My valve cover was pushing a lot of oil out of it. Installed inline fuel filter, drove maybe 20 miles, and the thing is dirty as hell. Leads me to thinking I have excessive crankcase pressure. However, no dipstick popping out, yet.
- My PCV valve is sticky. When I removed it, I blew in one end to make sure it worked fine, but I had to blow extremely hard to make it pop open. It seals fine from the other end. Probably coated with oil sludge. I'm going to clean it today, but what can I do to prevent it from building up?
- Valve stem seals. I don't think it could be those because I don't smoke at idle at all. Nor is there wet oil in my exhaust runners.
Ways to fix the problem
- I have a new Evo IIIg waiting to go in, but I am waiting until I know for sure what is causing this problem. If it is concluded that the turbo is the only problem, then it'll get installed ASAP.
- I'm going to remove the PCV and clean it with degreaser, then test to see if it's sticking or not. Then, run an inline fuel filter between that and the IM to prevent future buildup.
- My car will be compression tested later tonight, I'll post the numbers then.
