built motor fuel upgrade advice?

As you can see I have a 2g with just bolt ons including turbo back exhaust, 650cc pte injectors, walboro 255 lph pump, t3/t4 60 trim tubo etc. with minimal tuning on an SAFC. Im about done putting my 6 bolt together and need to figure out what else to do, fuel wise. My new motor has eagle H beams, ross 8.5:1 pistons, 1mm oversized valves, supertech dual valve springs, FP4R cams. Ill have the new version of dsmlink soon enough and I have a wide band but I am def thinking Im going to need more fuel/fuel control if Im going to max that turbo out and go bigger. what do you guys recommend. Ive been looking at regulators and fuel line kits on extreme psi and SBR but need some opinions on what I need and what companies to look at. thanks guys. I have some pics of the motor if anyone wants to see them.

Well pump wise your fine, fuel rail isnt needed unless you want it for mostly looks. I'd run big injectors maybe 1000-1200cc that way you will never need to upgrade again and you'll be set for an e85 setup. DsmLink will be able to manage them without a problem.

Thanks grizz. What do you think about a fuel pressure regulator set up? Aeromotive has some decently priced kits that go from the rail to an aeromotive FPR to the return line. will i need to up the fuel pressure a lot? my pretty much stock 7 bolt to my 6 bolt is going to be a huge upgrade. thanx

I would look into a kit from Streettuned Motorsports, they have the fuel that kits which come in alot of colors to match whatever you have. The review for the products are great, also you can choose stainless line, black woven line. Also maybe check FFWD They have a whole kit that if I remeber right was like 600, and came with regulator,lines,rail.

Sorry I figured with the 255 you already had an AFPR You wont need to raise it, its more for control of the 1:1 rising rate. You can keep the fuel pressure set at the normal setting and the regulator will do the rest. Aeromotive and Fuel Lab makes some nice kits and products. theres even some for sale that pop on the classifieds with the gauge, -an fittings, and lines attached if your pressed for cash.

I know when I was looking for a FPR a couple of months back I found that extremepsi had the best deal for the kit...that included the guage and all of that jazz.

Fuel labs kit is about $25 cheaper but I dont know anything about them.

The Aeromotive is a great regulator, it has been proven or years in the DSM community and I have never seen one fail. I will send you a PM in a moment

I run the Aeromotive unit and have run the Fuel Lab, i personally like the Aero. one better and i bought the sbr rail to return kit. It looks good and it was a great deal.
