Hi, I am going to start from scratch and build a totally new, performance engine for my 96 eclipse. I was just wondering if the only block to go with is the standard block, or is there some better engine i should put in it?

Any Tips?

I am gonna do the same thing have you looked at the links in this page about race engines? you can get some ideas there. there is a 2.4L engine out there :thumb:
