Since my last post I have been busy trying to work out some bugs on the car. I ended up replacing the battery after having it tested and it was smoked. I also picked up a battery tender after having to replace the battery each spring in my motorcycle so one for the car was next. I don't drive the car everyday and it just kills my battery. I also discovered that my laptop battery is smoked after trying to log some runs with link. I'm having no luck here, so now I'm waiting for DHL to show up with the replacement. I did take the car out for some runs and it runs good until wide open and then it runs pig rich and breaks up.

So anyway onto the splitter. I've always liked the way the 2g's looked with a front splitter so instead of going the easy route I said what the F and started making one the way i wanted it to look. Maybe it will work maybe it won't.

So I started out by picking up a few materials. The base core and ease of layout is going to be Elmers foam board followed up by 2 layeds of foam backed KEVLAR, and 2 layers of Carbon Fiber which should be here in a couple of days. The foam board (6)I picked up from Walmart and comes in 20"x30"x1/4" sheets. The Nose is 66" across and I added 2" to each side making it 70". I would have finished more to day but this cold weather sucks and its killing my motivation. Sorry no pics computer is'nt reading my SD card.
