Ok so I'm going to take my car in at the end of Jan to have my timing belt done. Now do they have to take my whole motor apart to eliminate the bs? Or can they do it as they do the timing belt? And what do I all need to bring them for them to do the job?

Also is it better to buy my parts oem of can I go after market? I don't mind paying the extra amount for oem. And what parts are a must oem only?

People have installed the bs eliminator kit with the motor in the car before, but would be considered difficult to do so. Since the bearings need to be rotated. The front case will needs to come off in order to install the stubby shaft, I would recommend to wait until you need to pull the motor.

As for the timing belt components, OEM is always better and safer then a generic brand.

it can be done in the car, its not that much of a pita if you know what your doing and its even easier if you have stock motor mounts.

Would you just beable to remove the belt and leave it like that, or would it still cause a problem?
