I need help choosing which suspension kit to choose. The Prothane Bushing Kits for RRE or the Energy Suspension Master kit for a 1998 GSX that is going to see alot of spirited diving. It has koni/gc kit with the autocross.dsm set up http://farnorthracing.com/autocross/konis.html and RM sway bars. Any other suggested suspension stuff that needs to be picked up when I'm installing either kit would be helpful also. Like the 2g camber correction kits. Thanks for the help in advance.

I went with the ES bushings but I have not installed them yet. I chose them because they are harder than new oem rubber ones but softer than the Prothanes. My logic was that the Prothanes might be borderline too stiff and cause binding that won't be a problem with slightly softer bushings.

Sorry I don't have a real review of them yet.

Also, whatever ones you chose get the black ones, not red. I believe the black ones have graphite impregnated in them to help with lubrication and prevent binding.

Has anybody else have some experience with these? I've read that the Energy one were a Pain in the A$$ to install and thought I read some where else that the RRE kit had more bushings.

I had a shop install my ES front and rear control arm bushings, which took them about 4 hours. The suspension definitely responds more quickly, but since I've never had the Prothane bushings all I can say is that I am quite satisfied with the ES bushings. The rest of my suspension is Koni yellows with Ground Control coilover kit at 500lb/350lb.
