Broken Temp. Gauge After Installing Gauge Faces

hey everyone i installed a ebay gauge face in my car ever since my temperature gauge does not work i know there are two sending units in the engine bay under the upper coolant pipe and i replaced the bottom sensor the fans kick in and everything i guess the only thing that dosent work is the interior gauge any ideas would be great thanks.

Please use a more descriptive title in the future.

You either damaged the gauge or installed the gauge faces improperly. If you're not careful, it's easy to install the gauge faces so they rub against the needle, preventing it from moving.
 
sorry about that yea i figured that what it had to do with so if i buy a water temperatuer gauge would it be worth it ?
