I get anywhere from 10-15 hg vacuum at idle and 15-17 hg on decel...car runs good though, timing is good, a/f ratio good, and pulls pretty good. I just did the emission vacuum line elimination and nothing changed...so I'm thinking I don't have any vacuum leaks. What's going on here?? Any ideas?

I'm thinking the boost gauge might be busted. Here's a pic

shouldn't the needle be in the center of the black box when the car is turned off (not to the right of it)? That would SUCK if my valves are bad...I just bought this JDM last summer....grrr

I'm thinking my valve timing is off from what that website has to say...as for the titanium valves, I have no idea. Its a JDM Galant VR4 RS motor w/the yellow top injectors and b16g

Why do you ask? Do certain JDM motors come with better internals?

And does anybody know how to adjust valve timing?
