so i went to change all my lower ball joints and all was going well tell i went to change the bent arm and the long bolt snapped in half with the first tap of my impact gun. well i drilled through it to use my back out on it and i snapped the head of it off in the bolt. were can i get a drill bit to drill through the hardened steel that is left in the bolt so i can get my car running.

You won't find a drill bit that will drill thru a bolt extractor. You need to shatter it with a punch or chisel. There is no extractor on the market that is strong enough to back out that seized bolt. You will need to drill the bolt out all the way or get it real hot with a torch and try to back it out.

well the problem taking a torch to it is its right below the gas and brake lines that feed the car and i cant really torch that area. is my only bet to pull the hole front sub frame cause im worried alot more bolts will break. well if i could get the frame out i could drill right through the top of the bolt and push the small broken tip out just where im at i cant do that much work in my parking lot.

well here is a pic of the extractor i broke, but i only broke a small piece of the tip of in the bolt i should have drilled deeper i just got impatient. im sure if i can get this out i can finish drilling and heat it up and get the bolt out. i tryed drilling around the tip in the bolt but any time i nicked the tip of the extractor the bit was dead and i used all i had at that point in the sizes i could use.

ya the lower bent ball joint. its the longer bolt that broke off at the threads. i tried to get a pic of it but it would not focus in the small hole and they are blurry as ever.
