I was taking my exhaust manifold off today and snapped 2 of the 4 bolts that connect to the turbo, I found some on mitsubishipartswarehouse.com but would like to know if anyone knows if I can find them cheaper anywhere else. on the site that are asking 5.95 per bolt.

Good luck finding OEM bolts for real cheap. I have seen people use grade 8 bolts from home depot. I would rather pay a few extra bucks for a set of OEM bolts.

I pulled mine today and didn't bust them but did find one that had stripped threads and another that I stripped the head and had to use a pipe wrench to finish taking it out. I too will be needing replacements now.

Metric socket head cap screws are normally grade 12. That's what I use. I go to a local industrial supply company and they are ridiculously cheap.

I've made my own studs out of them before, and they are definitely hardened. They wreak havoc on hacksaw blades and dies!

I got mine through Baxter's (aka Advanced Auto). They have a section for head studs grade 10.8. I was unsure of the size and purchase alot of things from them so they hooked up me for 2 for the price or 1. So got 2 sets 8mm and 10mm for under $12. Nice anodized black ones too with copper lock nuts. Nuts and washers were free with purchase of studs.
