I recently did a full ABS delete on my 2g AWD and I made all new brake lines all around everywhere. Now, if I slam on the brakes my passengers side caliper sticks so bad that I have to pull over and unstick it. Any thoughts as to why the caliper would be sticking?

I thoroughly greased the slide pins and made sure they slid well. If I just press the pedal a little, it doesn't stick, it only happens if I hit the brakes hard and fast. Also, my brakes are not as stiff as I would like them to be and I have bled them twice now. Probably another bleed to really get all the air?

When you did the ABS delete you did get the correct partitioning valve for the breaks right? As for the caliper hanging up like that. its not just the slider pins that let the caliper move. The piston in the caliper can be seized as well. My 1994 had that problem until I replaced the bad caliper.

what do you mean you ran all new lines everywhere? not all the lines need to be replaced...

did the car have a sticky caliper before?

what process are you doing to "unstick" it?

sounds like you are flirting with death and disaster. Either this is a prexisting problem, or you did something terribly wrong! {but i cant imagine what, proportioning valve does not affect side to side bias, only front to back.}
