need new brakes

my brakes are totally shot to hell they squeek sometimes when im not pressing on the breaks, they always squeek when i do and yesterday night i SLAMMED on them and my car just kinda slid to a stop until i hit the E brake, im going to start by getting new brake pads but im really short on money so anyone know a good way to get some new brake pads for cheap and get um fast?

I got some PBR pads off ebay, all 4 for $75 shipped and I love them. No squeeks and they grab like a mofo.
