Brake Lights And Fan Blower Won't Work

I Have A 92 Eagle Talon Turbo (non Awd). The Brake Lights The Fan Blower Power Door Locks And The Automatic Seat Belts All Stopped Working At The Same Time. I Have Checked All The Neccessary Fuses, And Replaced The Fuse Box(it Had Some Obvious Damage). But The Problem Persists.

Does Anyone Know If These Problems Are Related......are These Items On The Same Circuit??? I Looked Through The Haynes Manual, But It Does Not Show Any Common Link Between Theses Items.

Did you check EVERY fuse both in car and under hood with an ohmmeter and not just look at them?
