I need advice on this. Currently I am using the 7's gapped to .025. I'm running about 32psi dropping to 28psi. Which plug should I run and at what gap? Thanks guys.

I'm thinking the same thing but not sure about what gap to try.
7's are probably plenty, but your car may like 8's better. What fuel are you running? If you aren't running an ignition box, you might not be able to gap tighter than .023 without breaking-up up top. But, usually, the tighter the better.
What plugs and what gap have you been running? And how has it been performing thus far?

I honestly doubt you'd benefit from an "8" with running E85. It's probably much colder than you need.
I run 40+ psi on 7's still, and a buddy of mine runs 6's with a 35r at 30+ psi.
Try gapping them a little tighter. I've seen huge improvements with as little as .02 tighter gap. Also, what are your current AFR's? Your tune will have a much greater impact on the way the engine runs, than the heat range of the plug.
Sorry for asking what you're currently running. I just noticed that you stated that in your first post.
