2G Bov vacuum setup

Hi everyone. Im sorry if this is a simple question but I can't seem to find an answer I'm satisfied with. Where does every one attatch their lower bov nipple to? The nipple on the cast iron. I know the top nipple runs to the TB. But I can't figure out what to do with the small nipple. I currently have it teed off between the turbo and waistgate actuator. (Hope I spelt that correctly) I have been following this install http://herpetology.com/dsm/bov.html
I will take a picture of the vacuume routing tomorrow. I am just wondering how everyone has their setup. And is my setup correct ? BTW I have a knock off greddy type s and stock everything else.
