The spring in the GReddy will easily hold 17psi but in order for it to make the uber leet psssshhhhh noise that you are looking for you need to tighten it.

hmmm i get it now thanks for the tip but is tighting it really tight bad for its performance. ### if it sounds kool but dosnt work thats not good LOL..

You don't have to tighten it REALLY tight. Just tighten it a couple of turns, see if you like the annoying noise, tighten it some more and adjust to your own taste. The BOV was designed by engineers that make lots of money, I am sure you can't hurt the BOV as long as you are still using the stock hardware for tightening and loosening the spring.

You dont have to tighten real hard, you just need to find the minimum tightness where it works correctly and has the noise you wish it too, if thats important ot you. The tightness is going to be different for diff set ups.

Dont tighten it too tight it couple lead to compressor surge or something, should be a moderate point...

And not to thread jack but while were talking about bovs is there anything wrong with
running your boost gauge vacuum line and tapping it from the bov line that goes to the intake manifold... In my gst i tapped it to the fpr vacuum line to the manifold, but in my lasre its always been to the bov vacuum line since I got it and I never messed with it but now im curious...
