i need to get a new bov that can hold good on higher boost like around 20-25 i was thinking about a Forge Motorsport Blow off Valve with 1g flange. would this work? or what else will be a good choice that is flanged for 1g

1g bov works just fine. If you insist on buying aftermarket, there is a 1g to hks adapter plate so u can run an hks bov on a 1g flange. The forge will work too.

i thought the 1g bov's leak over 17-18 lbs?

That's why you "crush" them.

I have ran uncrushed 1g bovs at 24psi with no leaks.
