1g bov psi?

Hey, guys, I was wondering how much boost or psi can a stock, unmodded, 1g bov handle before being pushed open? I searched and all the replies were "more than 2g", "crush it", "dodge mod it" etc. So how much can a stock 1g bov handle?

It varies from valve to valve. Some will leak at 10, some will hold 20. If you are going to mod one definitely do the dodge garage mod. Crushing them makes them less efficient.

They aren't all exactly equal, and they don't seal 100%, but at around 18psi mine definitely would crack open a little.

Mine seals well enough to run 21 psi off my 20g. Not all valves are equal tho... Best thing I can say, would be to perform a boost leak test. When yours leaks, that's what you got.
