PSI for BOV

I plan to get a pte 50 trim. What psi would I be able to run it at with tbe, fmic, 660's and an safc? Also what bov would best fit this recirculated setup?

I personally don't think anyone can give you an exact number you can set your boost at. The car would hafto be logged and tuned. That's just my opinion though.

To be honest, I can't help you with everything, but I do recommend upgrading to a 1G BOV. It's extremely cheap and damn near bulletproof. Plus, to hold more pressure with your modifications, all you have to do is crush it.

You can run anywhere from stock boost to low 20s on pump if you tune for it. As far as bov, the 1g and type s seem the most popular and the hks is also a good choice. The 1g is said to leak past 20 but mine has held 23 uncrushed.

1g bov + leak stop kit from dejon tool, 50 bucks for something that, from what ive heard, works wonders...

I have a greddy type s w/ greddy piping and I keep getting what I believe to be compressor surge. I had the greddy ebc on at 15 psi on my t25 and it sounded bad so I took of the ebc and its runing at 11 now loosened most of the way. I would like to fix this before I get my new turbo. Any problems with hks vented to atmosphere with maf translator?
