My bov keeps coming off the intake pipe, it's like everyweek it does. I've put it on as tight as I could and it keeps doing it. Anyway to stop it?

That's odd. Are you still on the stock bov ? And by coming off it's coming off the stock upper plastic intercooler pipe that has the flat bends ?

No I have a greddy, yea right where you have the stock one, I've got the hose clamp as tight as I can get it. I'm running 15lbs of boost could that be a reason why? Like there is too much air coming back back into it making it come back?

The Greddy BOLTS to an aftermarket intercooler pipe or adapter piece. Do you have either of those? If not, there's no other way to secure it on the pipe.

That shouldn't be a problem.
Back when i had my previous dsm, a 96 gst, i had an evo9 bov and i was spiking 16 psi dropping to 10 and it never blew off on the stock pipe.
I would say get a damp towel and clean the hole real good on the inside and then get a dry towel and dry it up till the hole is nice and dry and smooth, then pop the bov back on, and if you can, get a new clamp and re-tighten it up, do this cleaning method as well on the bov pipe where it would go in the intercooler pipe side and see if this helps.

I can only see this happening one of two ways. First, you have something like this
http://www.racespecperformance.com/.../BEBA/84C6/5299/FE61/E9A4/bov_0020_flange.jpg
that the BOV bolts to and that gets hose clamped to the charge piping. If that's the case, a raised edge on the pipe will help a lot. You can look up tubing beaders which range from professional powered ones, to a washer and a set of vice grips. This will hold just about as much boost as you can muster.

If you have it like this, http://www.frsport.com/images/detailed_images/Greddy_RSFitting-19-29-32-34_7.jpg the blue part attached to your intercooler piping then

I have the first one, there is a edge on it like midway on the flange. I cleaned it up and it will do it if I let the throttle snap closed to much

Yea it does, there is a screw on top of the bov what is that for? Can I use that to adjust how much it holds?

I would adjust the screw to be a bit more 'soft'.

It will still hold boost reguardless of the screw setting, as far as I know. The screw is just for how easily the valve is activated to allow air out.

What way is soft? If you standing looking at the bov, do I turn it right or left?

Sure I'll post up a pic of it tomorrow for y'all.

Is there any certain areas of the bay that would help out more?
