Ok I just put my 6 bolt swap back into the car, after duing some changes. When I put it all back together the car started and ran good, but as I was reving the engine the bov shot off the intercooler pipe. It is the hks type with the sping clamp holding the bov in place. At any rate I replaced the gasket and cleaned th flange and it once again blew the bov off. Am I doing something wrong. I may have reved the car to between 6 and 7000 rpm. Any suggestions? It now blows off whenever i see 1lb of boost and the gasket looks fine.

what can happen is your o ring is too large diam and the bov cannot seat all the way down allowing the spring clip to sit in the grove on the flange.. i know it sounds complicated but it isnt soo bad when your lookin at it..
