BOV acting funny

I just installed my Big 16G turbo and when I took the car for a test ride I noticed the BOV was actting differently. Instead of a loud sudden PSSSSST it makes a long quiet hiss. Do you guys have any ideas? The BOV im using is the GReddy Type S. Thanks.

Just adjust the adjust screw. I think you need to tighten it.

Well it worked fine with the 14B. Does the bigger turbo have any affect on the BOV? And I had the screw pretty tight before. Is is possible that my problem is realated to the vacume lines?

Where exactly do you have the vacuum lines routed to? Have you tried playing with the adjust screw at all?

The vacume lines are ran the same way as they were before the 16G was installed. One hose goes from the intake mani to the BOV nipple. A hose from my boost controller is spliced into that via a T-fitting.

I havn't touched the adjustment screw since the B16G has gone on. The BOV doesn't leak at idle and if I pull off the re-circulate tube and vent to atmoshpere it sounds like it should. When it's recirculated now it sounds funny, but it didn't before the 16G was put on.
