bought car with maf translator...how do i tune?

i've got the box in my engine bay that hooks up to the intake (horsepower in a box). i have no idea what it does, or how it works, but from reading some threads, you can tune with the little bastard. my question is...how?

Go to www.fullthrottletech.com There's a tuning guide and pdf manual there to help you out. You should take the cover off and see which version that you have. You've got a good tuning tool there.
