Yes we are both lucky neither one of us got hurt, it could have been worse, but we made it out ok. My car on the other hand didn't get so lucky, that t-case leaving under the car at 150mph did a number on the floor, gas tank, driveshaft, ect. Time for a new project and time to go faster and more reliable.Details to come in the next few months.
Ok jake, I went from dsmlink, tunners, to dsmtalk. I'm sorry about what happened, but i'm curious what could be up in two months? I know it'll be dsm powered, but maybe you'll give this fwd thing a chance. Everyone chooses to go AWD, and why shouldn't they if they want to go fast. It'll be nice to see more FWD setups competing against those damn honda's. I'm not in into the whole pro-fwd cars, but sfwd seems nice. You could also rebuild your current car to run in a street class, that could slow the car down to a safe level. That would make it more reliable with less power. I know you've been FWD before, just a thought.
I'm selling mine for pretty cheap.
