Bosal 3" turbo back exhaust system.

I was thinking about getting the turbo back bosal exhaust system, the price is outstanding. For those of you who have the exhaust, what do you think of it? Do you have a sound clip? Too loud... or ricey? Thanks

Ive got the bosal cat-back with a 3" megan cat-eliminator DP, I've got no resonators, no kitty, and no neck downs. Its definently not ricey, it is louder tho. I'd hook you up with a clip but I don't know where I stored them. Probably wouldn't do any good because the clips were mainly to show off the external dump

I didn't know they made a turbo back unit tho, I thought they only made the cat-back. I'd get it the bosal piece was VERY well made.

i know this is an old thread, but i have some pictures of this exhaust that might be useful if someone was considering it. I highly recommend it, sounds awesome (not very loud at all), looks sweet and is inexpensive and it fits up just right. I have had it on my car for about 5 days and i have gotten so many compliments already.

cruising its quiet and nice, sometimes i barely here the exhaust then again i drive like a sane person on the streets. When boost hits, its loud.

Yeah, but i mean, i can never tell how loud a car is from a video.

well, under normal driving(shifting at 3k and maybe like 20% throttle) its quiet. Just cruising at like 2.5k to 3k rpm its not that loud either. WOT and boosting it is loud. Even when decelerating in gear, its loud. Lets say if i'm going thirty five miles an hour in third, its quiet but i can shift to fourth real quick if i see a cop and it as quiet as stock.

No it's not...

I changed the tips to 3" ID resonated twins... It sounded good before but I think it sounds better now.. I have no necks or cat.... I may add a cat and a resonator in the future..

It makes it a bit quieter and deeper.... Generaly a big tip = loud on every system....

The system is a 3" so two 3" tips instead of two 3-1/2 is'nt hurting anything... The tips packing absorbs some sound. It seems to have made it sound deeper and not quite as loud...

It is'nt really any different than any other good AWD 3" system... I'm just looking to make it a bit incognito.

They are 3.5" as delivered..

I don't have current pics. Shes under a cover hiding from the salt, sand and snow right now.

I just cut off where the tips it came with met the Y. Then slipped the tips on... They are the type with their own built in clamp.. So no welding is necessary.. I can weld but the clamps are'nt visible, they hold well and I can take them off to clean and polish them..
