Following my thread https://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/bolt-on-turbo-recommendation.534633/ i want to post here my experience, information and the results from this turbo.

Currently I'm still road tuning and because I don't spend a lot of time for the car it will take few weeks for the end results. Right now I'm almost done with the basic tuning, city driving, cold starts and idle. Today i was able to do few pulls with 4th gear trying to see the minimum RPMs for full boost, tuning only with pump gas which is 98 octane in Europe, like the 93 RON in USA. I can say that I'm more than satisfied! With a 64 lbs/min capable turbo, journal bearing, at affordable price, I'm seeing 20psi of boost at 4350rpm! And this wasn't the maximum, I just didn't have enough time for more pulls.

To get the correct warm oil pressure at the turbo which is MAX no more than 70psi and MIN more than 20psi at idle, I use oil feed line from the oil filter housing with -4AN lines, a 0.045" restrictor, and a Turbosmart Billet Turbo Oil Feed Filter with Mobil 1 0w40 FS. I also have the oil valve relief MOD and deleted balance shafts.

That sounds about right. It's an evolution of the S200SX-56 (or just S256) , which was a much-loved turbo for those who chose to buy it. They were heavily dependent on proper turbine housing choice to find the balance between response and power, and their divided housings were weird as heck. The 0.83 housing is probably the best all-around choice for it, it sounds like a really fun car.

Yes, I can't wait to finish with the tuning, the really funny is that the car is FWD, without a 3-step traction control the 3rd gear spins like my 2nd when i had the 20g.

Much truth to this. I've serviced a handful of these, mainly for the SRT4 community- and I've found a few things which I didn't exactly care for...one being the compressor tech is literally a direct copy of the cast 56mm wheel, which was disappointing considering billet is a more-dense starting material so about the only thing you gain is durability. Another is the S200 turbine sealing ring is extremely-thin for it's size and doesn't stand up to heat from being over-driven very well. I would've liked to have seen that beefed-up a bit and a more performance-oriented compressor wheel utilized on those units.
 
Playing with the 4th gear and the boost control, 28 psi boost at 4900rpm WOT, ignition at 7 degrees.

Currently not any dyno numbers yet, I'm done with the tuning, boost by gear and boost by throttle position and I don't have any regrets choosing the above setup. The car above 4300rpm it's a monster, from my experience I feel the car is about 470-500hp on pump gas, but because of the limited traction, for me is more than enough, it spins the 4th gear at WOT with 225 Michelin pilot sport. What i can do is to upload a video because I don't see going for a dyno any time soon.

Can you get it with a turbine housing that fits to your current exhaust manifold?
Oh I see in your specs "T4 divided Manifold". That's a good start because the actual BW turbine housing for that turbo is T4 divided according to what I am seeing.

If they made a s360/2sx-r I would be all over that. S258 said to flow 75lb/m. Sounds like that would be awesome with a quickerish spool. I want to get rid of this 6165 wuhan whistle before a full tune
 
The S200 'T4' TS turbine housing is quite the oddball. It uses the T3 TS volute with a T4 bolt pattern, so it doesn't work well with either. It will not work well as-is with a traditional T4 manifold due to the port mismatch, so at minimum you'll be porting it out to get it to work.

Ack, seems like porting it that much would make the wall too thin. But on the regular S200SX page they say "Full-Race recommends porting the turbine housing inlets to match T4 size openings."
If it's portable they should offer to port it for you for $150 or so.
Full-Race offers "Convert 3.5" Marmon to 3" V-Band Downpipe Connection" as a $300 option for the turbine housing outlet. But I don't see any option offered for them to port the inlets for you.
 
Here's what AGP says about the turbine housing - if you scroll to the bottom of the page and read the note that starts with "The OEM Borg Warner S200 housings in divided T4 are quite unique."
In the note they say they offer 2 custom (not Borg Warner) housings with proper T4 sized volute. They are .84 a/r and 1.00 a/r. They are shown in the chart above the note with a slew of other housings. Far right column tells the "Manufacturer" of the housing:

No any updates, i had a TPS failure, after a starter failure following with the MAP sensor failure and because i had an AEM MAP 3bar replaced with an omni power 4bar i had to retune again my fuel map and few other settings... Honestly i dont see going for a dyno because as i said im satisfied with the setup and the results. If i had the chance i would go for an equal length exhaust manifold and specially if i was 4WD i would choose the small runner manifold to lower the boost for about 200rpm earlier.
