Boostpro.net tester selection help.

I am planning to buy a boost leak tester because I'm too lazy and busy to go out and make one so I'm planning on buying one from boostpro.net. I want to know what the difference is between the second to last and last one for the dsm's (I do want the gauge). Does the second to last one come with the tire valve adapter and not the coupler and does the last one have the opposite? To the people who have one already, which one should I get? I don't feel like waiting till tomorrow or later to get an answer from boostpro.net.
