My car is pushing 14 psi on a 14b no shaft play 3" Exhaust no cat. Its running very rich even cruising and I noticed a big power loss. Plugs were black so I switched them out and power is back but when the car hits full boost around 3k - 3.5k the gauge reads 14 then around 4-4.5k it really pulls like boost kicks in harder but still 14psi....I've tried b.l.t and found no leaks but maybe I'm missing one. Working on fixing the afr problem but does anyone have an idea of what's going on with the boost? Its like it kicks in then it really kicks in. Thanks in advance for any help

What are you using to control boost? I looked in you profile an there is no bc listed. Does it kind of stutter while under boost and take off?

also take your maf off and use maf cleaner from auto zone. Sometimes the sensor thats in there gets really dirty, and will not work right giving you super rich conditions.

I was using ngk r then I tried e3 cause I was told they're " unfoulable" but it did this with the old fouled plugs too can't remember if it did when they were new and I'm using hallman pro mbc.i tried hooking wastegate straight to boost and still did this

Ok ill get the ngk plugs but could that be the cause of it acting this way? Does this sound like an effect from running rich/boost leak?

The plugs it self aren't causing the rich conditions. The most common reason is a dirty air filter. Running rich is caused by too little oxygen and too much fuel in the combustion chamber, resulting in incomplete combustion, carbon black soot, carbon-monoxide and increased fuel consumption, reduced power. The most common part that can cause a car to run rich or have a rough idle in any make or model is the O2 sensors. There are many other causes, a leak in the intake, leak in exhaust before the O2 sensors, cracked or disconnected vacuum hoses, fuel regulator, fuel pump, clogged fuel lines etc. Any sensor can throw the computer off.

I would just start with the easiest things first. Trying cleaning your air filter and your maf. If that doesn't work replace the o2 sensor. Double check for leaks, i know you said you boost leak tested it. Doing it twice wont hurt. Spray soppy water on everything and make sure there isn't bubbles coming out. Another thing that is over looked is your injector seals. But just spray the throttle body, intake manifold, injectors, bov, intercooler piping.
