Boosting 11psi but no go? Anyone?

ok so heres whats going on, when im driving and i lay into it alittle my boost gauge reads 11 psi but my car doesnt get up and go like it should. And its a new vac/boost gauge so its not the gauge reading wrong. So i dont know if my flapper in the WG is blown open or what. Any Ideas????

You could try looking at your car first. That really helps.

Look if the wastegate arm is stuck open.

Could also be a massive boostleak.

Yeah it's hard to guess until you start by checking a few simple things.

I would start by checking for boost leaks. My car does the same thing because i have a mega leak from my BOV.
