I'm gonna replace the spark plugs and gap them correctly, wires, and do a boost leak check but you cant hear it in the video every time just before it cuts there is a clicking noise coming inside somewhere in my dash just wondering if anyone has heard of this before cant find anything in the forums about the clicking.
Thanks in advance

that gauge maybe broken and you will have to replace it and I would get a aftermarket gauge. cause i know the speedo is connected to the cluster but i dont think there is any thing else back there.

I would go to a junk yard get a new cluster and see if it still has the problem it will cost nothing if you get it at a junk yard just to test it out.

I have never heard of this in these cars but in other car i have heard of the clicking.

Sorry for the quality only camera I have. The problem is whenever I hit higher boost it just drops power like the hitting the wall effect I read on here. But just before I get that hit the wall effect there is a faint clicking noise coming from what sounds like somewhere in my dash it sucks the camera isn't picking it up. I am gonna do a boost leak test, replace my spark plugs and wires and gap them from what others said on here will fix that issue but I could not find anything about the clicking noise. I hear it just before I get the cut.

Hey Geoff. That clicking sound could be the fuel pump relay, which would explain the sudden loss of power (if you fuel pump is momentarily shutting off). Does that car have an aftermarket boost gauge yet? If not, pick up an Autometer from work. The factory boost gauges in these cars aren't accurate at all. The needle moves based upon ECU load estimations, not actual plenum pressure, so a real boost gauge should be the first modification on any DSM.
