BOOST problem help fast please

I purchased the dejon tool mmi dual stage boost control. It work fine for a while, but now my boost is stuck on high and i cant even adjust it. Its still getting power when i turn on the switch and the power turns of when i turn off the switch. I tried to adjust the high set screw to turn it down but it wont change even when i do that. I had the control mounted up against the radiator hose and i thought maybe it got hot and screwed something up but i am completely lost and dont know what to do or to look for. Please help and IM me if u think you know whats wrong.

take the screw all the way out and make sure the spring is not stuck on the threads inside. Mine has done that b4.

nope not the problem....... i called dejon tool and they said my valve is probably stuck and to send it back and they will replace it
