hi guys, first post on the forum so excuse any stupidity. i have a 1997 Eclipse GST Spyder, it's an automatic. recently noticed some type of boostleak or transmission problem. i know for sure that my transmission has issues, because when i hit the gas while in reverse my car sometimes jams and thrusts into gear very hard, and will rev and repeat. but when i really ask for it (5+ psi) it appears to have a boost leak or vacuum leak. BUT when i get to about 70+ and ask for it, my car jams and thrusts like it is trying tp kick into passing gear but can't, and it has to be some type of transmission problem i would assume. when i am going about 20mph i can floor it and its fine most times until about 65 or 70, then it begins to buck. i was planning on putting a 20G turbo, 3" downpipe, catback exhaust, and a frontmount intercooler on it soon, but i obviously want everything 100% perfect before sinking that kind of money into it. anyone had this problem or any advice please help me out, thanks.
