boost leak or tps

After chasing boost leaks for a few days I have replaced all couplers and clamps through out i/c piping and and throttle body gaskets. I continued to have the same symptoms. I can rev up to 5k then i break up but boost climbs to 10-12 psi. Now today a cel appears with p0120 throttle position sensor a curcuit.
From what i've seen searching all the complaints of a faulty tps is that everyone has problems at 2k.
So I guess my question does tps usually fail at 2k or can it be anywhere in rpm range?
Or does it sound like a possible boost leak still?

So you didn't pressurize the system. IF you want to find a leak than replacing parts and visually inspecting it will do nothing for you. Build a boost leak tester and pump up the system to 30 psi.

No I have tested seems all good except some blow by through bov at like 18psi

Alright, now test the tps and wiring being that you have a cel for it.
