Boost gauge reads that i'm boosting, but do not feel anything

Hey guys just looking for some help here. Just recently I had a ton of work done on my GST. New trans, stage 2 clutchmasters,new rear main seal, motor mounts, starter. After I waited the break in period on my clutch I took the car out, tried to boost, but I feel nothing. The boost gauges are reading that i'm boosting but none is felt. I have an avc-r apexi boost controller and a boost guage both are reading that i'm boosting. Can hear the BOV even though no boost..Any ideas??

whats your boost controller set to and what does the boost gauge say. your blow off valve or waste gate if you have one could be letting the boost out.

common with boost leaks. Just a 5min job and some soapy water. I had that problem and found a big one was my throttle body and one of my new couplers had a huge hole in it. I could still hear my tial bov and turbo spooling but nothing there.

How much boost is your gauge showing (real gauge, not stock gauge)?

+1 for boost leak test. It's a monthly maintenance check in my garage!

It also depends where your boost gauge is tapped into the vacuum lines at. You could have a boost leak after that and before the throttle body. Are you using the common FPS source?

Also there's many reasons the car could be making boost but not pulling hard; timing, clutch still slipping, etc.

I did not mean to abandon this post, this issue was resolved. One of the tuboes for the Apexi safic came undone and was trying to max boost I guess. But all set:] thanks
