I just turned boost upto 15psi, stays strong thu 1st but in second I hit 15 psi then it levels off to 10 psi. The system is tested and and has no leaks. Any clues? I searched but every way I worded it , nothing seemed to match. If youu have the search topic let me know and I will research.

I have just came back from driving it and I believe the exhaust is bogging the car down. It still has the factory exhaust with a b16g @15 psi. well I am trying for 15 psi. What are your thoughts on the exhaust causing the boost bog? I can get to 15 in second at light throttle but it ultimatly drops down to 9-10 psi.

i am having the same trouble. I have the stock t-25 and my mbc set at 15 psi. I peak out at 15-16 psi and by the time i hit 6k rpms im only at 9-10 psi and fading.

same symptoms as me but totally different setup. Must be something in common though. If you find out let me know

Stock t-25 dies at about 5500 RPM, can't push more then 10 after 5500 RPM

Well a boost leak test can discover many leaks, but can also be done wrong real easily...IMO re-charge the system and check for leaks again..
Also the stock WG is set to 9psi so maybe the MBC is not turned up enough...Normally If I'm shooting for 15psi I let it spike to 17 then fall off to my target number. I think your system is spiking to 15 and then leveling off to 9 once the WG catches up. :dsm:

so you are saying raise it so that it will actually be @ 17-18 for a sec then level off to 14-15? Is that little bit of time gonna hurt the engine? Just curious.
