I just finished getting my ass handed to me by a GST. I pulled up beside him to ask him what he had and he said he had a boost controller runnign 16PSI on a bone stock engine. I realize 12-13 PSI is normal for the stock T-25, im about to get a Greddy Profec-B and start messing with my boost. The question is, how much can i turn my boost up to safely? ive heard i can go as far as 20PSI , but i wanted to make sure. :dsm:

NO WAY !! stock fuel pump + stock injectors + T25 = 15psi

I beg to differ. T25's don't flow much air at all, and many a stock BCS-controlled car will boost at 15.

You'll be safe up to around 18 or so, but I'd recommend a logger just to watch for pulled timing.

I disagree. Safely, 15psi. Anything more than that, the system better be leak free and like you said, logged.
