boost control hookup

i hooked my hallmann up today and still only see about 9 psi i turn almost all way in still only 9 psi i hooked the side barb to bov line and other to wastegate actuater. what is my problem

You need one going to Bov, one going to wastegate, and the other going to intake manifold. Other then that, check for boost leaks.

there is only 2 barbs not 3 and i had them backwards
