How do I install this BC?
Also that screw doesnt screw all the way in is that going to be a problem? I looked inside theres a spring and metal ball in there, I would like to set this up at 14psi.
and one more thing at the top theres a very small hole WTF (looks like it was made to be there)
But wont that leak air?
:rocks:

The T25 compressor fitting goes to the fitting inline but opposite to the adjustment knob, the bottom fitting goes to the actuator. Mount the mbc on the upper radiator fan mount and keep all vacuum hoses as short as possible.

Excellent looks simple enough. Any reason why the vacuum hoses have to be as short as possible or does it just work better that way?

As for the little hole (wastgate pressure relief hole), yes it's a boost leak but only when you go WOT when pressure is release to the actuator. The hole is needed to relief pressure between the mbc and the actuator after you let off the throttle and the ball in the mbc moves back to its original position, without it pressure gets trapped, flapper stays open and you get no boost after you get back on the throttle.

That is an old article and I repectfully disagree with it, there are many reasons why the BOV line is not only not the best place to tap, it's actually the worst.

The shorter the hose route, the less chance for leaks, the less the chance of inconsistant boost levels AKA boost spike.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, I was just waiting for my xs uicp and new greddy bov to hook up the mbc,
Anyway I understand that the line opposite of the adjust knob goes to the turbo and then the other line goes to the actuator, I was looking at this today and just wondering if I cap off everything else?
What do i do with the lines after i install this? there should be some open ones to the left looks to be right under the start of the air filter (near the coolent bottle)

Remove the Tee fitting and all hoses in and out of the factory BCS, cap off the little return fitting on the intake pipe, leave the BCS electronically plugged in to avoid CEL.
