boost and lc1 question

This might be a dumb question. First I have a 1991 gsx auto and its stock. I have a autometer boost gauge and LC1 wide band and gauge. I will be using the center vent gauge. I'll be getting dsmlink v3 lite in a month and was wondering if it is okay to install these parts now or should I wait?

i dont see any harm in installing them now as long as you dont drive your car hard because you have no tune on it besides the factory ecu

I'd say install them now, as well as running one of the outputs of the LC-1 to the ECU so you're set up for logging through link once you get it.

Another noob question. I took my ecu out and will need a eprom conversion but i live in maryland and Thomas said it only takes an hour and i could wait around until its done. Will this cause problems with running the output to the ecu?

Nope, won't cause any problems at all. You can run the output while installing the LC-1 and it won't matter what 1g ECU you use or whether it was an EPROM or not from the factory. Once you have ECMlink installed, you'll be able to log it.
