boost and fuel problem

i have been trying to get my car running correctly since i have bought it in febuary, but this is baffling me,

to start my mods are listed in my profile(except my turbo back exhaust all 3 inch and i have a cat for now. the issue is my car is over boosting bad, i cant go WOT without it sputtering a bucking, ok thats the symptom.

as far as i know the turbo is stock, i have tried to put a MBC on it and turn the boost all the way down, for some reason it didn't work, so a friend thought we should put it on static waste-gate pressure.(the hose now goes from the turbo to the waste gate) and it still over boosts.

i think i have solved the fuel problem, but i am not sure, the book i have on my car says the fuel pressure regulator should be around 26-28 PSI, when i put my vacuum tester on it was reading 9.3 PSI, so i did more checking and i think either my fuel pump is bad or i have clogged lines, not sure how to check for a clog without talking the lines off the car.

so my question is does anyone have any idea about these issues, thanks in advance

Have you tried another waste gate actuator?

Do a vaccume test on the actuator and verify that it's opening.

I don't see a turbo in your profile. You can be boost creeping bad and getting knock.

It could also be an ecu problem or a bad sensor somewhere check all fuses and relays to see if there good.

The free flowing 3 inch turbo back exhaust will cause creep on a not modded turbo..

The 1g manual fuel pressure should be 26-28psi..Have you replaced the fuel filter since you have bought the car..A little maintenence goes a long way..
