Well after many problems with getting my oil return line for the turbo off, I have alreaghty managed to break one head off a bolt, drill, tap and dye it, then assembling it again I broke the other upper bolt off in the turbocharger. My question is, since this bolt is much harder to take out, how hard would it be to just take out the whole turbocharger? Harder than drilling out this hole then rethreading it? Please lmk how hard it is to take out a Big 16g turbo on my 95 eclipse gst. Thanks!

Taking the turbo off is a piece of cake. It just might require a little patience when you get into the tight spots. I did a writeup on this for a 1g, but since you're dealing with a 16g it should be almost identical for your situation.

There's the writeup for you. Make sure you replace your exhaust manifold gasket and crush washers while you're at it. It'll save you a lot of time in the long run for only about 15$ now.

Good luck. :thumb:
